Management Programmes (As Per Prospectus)
The Management Programmes are developed keeping in view the need for holistic development of students for taking up challenging managerial positions. These programmes combine the following three strands:
  1. Indian ethos for inner quality development as reflected by the spiritual values and the relevant values for an organization’s development.
  2. Women’s experiences as reflected by their holistic role in shaping the destiny of future generations, nations, and organizations.
  3. Traditional theories and concepts of management have been developed over a period and have become part of the knowledge.
WISDOM offers B.Com, B.Com (Hons.), B.Com (Hons. with Research), BBA, BBA (Hons.), BBA (Hons. with Research), BSW (Bachelor of Social Works), MBA, and M.Com., as well as Ph.D. programs in Management and Commerce. At the undergraduate level, a student can also opt for a B.A. with Management as one of the options. In the MBA programme, presently, the institute offers specialization in Business Analytics, Entrepreneurship and Family Business, Finance and Banking, Marketing Management, Human Resource Management, Public Policy and CSR, Aviation Management, Sports Management, Health and Hospital Administration, and Retail Management. In the MBA, we offer dual specialization where the student opts for one major and one minor specialization. Specialization electives are also offered in BBA and B.Com. programs.
