About The Department
Computer Science is at the forefront of professional
education worldwide transition of traditional organization and enterprises
towards IT has been momentum the need of hour. It started with scientific and engineering
application and moved towards e-governance, ERP and E-commerce. The importance of
Computer Science was recognized very early in this university. The department of
Computer Science in AIM & ACT is one of the most renowned in the country.
World class infrastructure and competent faculty actively engaged in
research and development are the salient feature of the department . Currently
there are M.Tech. (CS/IT), B.Tech. (CSE/IT), MCA, M.Sc.(CS), BCA and some part time courses programs
running in the department.
Use of latest teaching pedagogy, smart classrooms, focus on basics,
and interaction with industry help produce highly competent and skilled
students.
