Departmental Activities 

The Sanskrit department has been inviting guest lectures of various disciplines such as philosophy, Vedic literature, Classical Sanskrit literature etc.

In recent years department could get even the reputation of motivating Sanskrit students for civil services competitive exams.

Besides this our students have participated  in All Indian debate, Drama Competition etc. Department has a regular programme of Sanskrit Diwas, in which several activities are performed including drama.

The research activities are also the notable thing of the Sanskrit department. Addition to that Sanskrit department is working on U.G.C. project also.
