Placements
The students of WISDOM have succeeded in establishing their identity as a new breed of managers in the academic and the corporate world. Over the last few years they have taken full advantage of emerging placement opportunities in the fast growing service sector of the booming Indian Economy.
Over the last few years students from WISDOM got opportunity to appear in campus recruitment interviews of many reputed organisations including Pantaloon Retail, Bosch, Capital I.Q. all leading banks including ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank, Yes Bank, Deutsche Bank, Bank of Baroda & Axis Bank, others like SBI Life, ICICI Prudential, Fucture Money ,UNICON, Encon, etc. The institution continued its efforts for the students through off campus route as well and as a result organization like Mafoi, HCL Tech, HDFC Std, SMC, Sharekhan, India Infoline, etc. also recruited students. A large number of students have secured jobs and the average package was Rs. 3.6 Lac.
In the academic session 2008-09, despite the slowdown in economy. Axis Bank and IDBI Bank recruited 10 & 17 students respectively. Students were also recruited by ARCIL, Globe Capital, India Infoline, Genpact etc. In order to attract bluechip organisations, institution has started the relationship by placing few bright students as summer trainees.Thus the campus placements in 2010-11 can only become bettter. Banasthali- ICICI Bank Tie Up
The Institution has entered into MOU with ICICI Bank Limited for promoting studies in Banking and Financial Services. The bank has also dedicated 'The Learning Matrix' to the students of University. This provides opportunity to the students to pursue about 150 online programmes in Banking. ' ICICI Bank has also established ' ICICI Bank Chair' for Banking & Financial Service Industry' at Banasthali University to strengthen training and research in Banking .The outcome of the activities of the Chair shall be of immense benefit to the students of the institution.
