Under the teaching programme .WSRC centre aims at to create awareness and to make the students familiar with woman 's issues and woman's rights
and to enable the students to critically analyze the women's issues to from right perspectives. For this purpose, courses on Woman 's Studies are going on at graduate and postgraduate levels which are interdisciplinary in nature To name those, Foundation Course entitle 'Women in Indian Society' for all undergraduate students and one Compulsory Interdisciplinary paper i.e.
'Women's Studies' for all social science students at post graduate level.

The WSRC library is a specialized resource centre for a
comprehensive collection of
published and unpublished materials helpful for

activists.
The library through its collection aims to provide an over all perspective

situational analysis, current issues, development policies,
programmes and schemes
relating to women.

With the assistance from Community
Radio Banasthali University, the WSRC has been successful in
documenting Apaji's collections of folk songs in regional dialects
covering various women's issues like Purda Pratha, child marriage,
few motivational songs on women's empowerment & women's education
and few other songs envisaging the contributions of rural women in
the field of national reconstruction and remaining other songs
highlighting women's achievements in various fields and there by
institutionalizing them as role models for others.
