In all matters rules and bye-laws of the University will be binding Admission to the courses run by Apaji Institute is based on the performance in the qualifying examination and the performance in the Aptitude Test. The weightage of the aggregate in qualifying exam marks and the marks of Aptitude test are equal.
Based on the performance on the aptitude test and the academic record of the qualifying examination the selected candidates will be offered admission and shall be called on a specific date to complete admission procedure. The candidate must report for admission on given date, failing which the admission will be cancelled.
The applicants for B.A./B.Sc./BCA and B.Tech. programmes ideally must provide their SSE results to this university on or before 31 May, 2023, failing which it will not be possible to consider them for preparation for merit. For the postgraduate programmes the applicants MUST attach complete marksheet (s) upto the II year or final year examination (if available) failing which their application will be summarily rejected.
Banasthali University reserves the right to cancel the admission of any student, if it is found that their original documents were manipulated. Even if it is discovered that the student has hidden certain facts which would have rendered her ineligible, or found to be ineligible as a result of revision of marks at a later stage here admission shall be cancelled and she shall be separated from the University.
For the purposes of preparation of merit for the various PG courses of the Apaji Institute qualifying examination marks shall be aggregate of marks of the first two years or, aggregate marks whichever is higher. The last date for submission of marksheet of qualifying examination and all other relevant documents are applicable such as Migration Certificate is 30 November, 2023.
Admission to M.Sc. (Mathematical Sciences) Programme with specialization in Pure Mathematics, Theoretical Computer Science, Operation Research & Statistics is based on merit. The institute reserves the right not to offer any particular course/ specialization in case the number of applicants are too few.
