Minimum Eligibility
The minimum eligibility for various courses is as given below :

M.Tech.(Computer Science): B.E./B.Tech./M.Sc.(Computer Sc.)/MCA/M.Sc.(Maths:Theoretical Computer Science) with a minimum 55% aggregate marks.
M.Tech.(Information Technology): B.Tech./B.E. or MCA/M.Sc.(IT/CS/Physics/Mathematics) or any other equivalent degree CS/IT from a recognized university with 55% Marks.
MCA : Passed in BCA/ Bachelor Degree or passed B.Sc./B.Com./B.A. with Mathematics at 10+2 Level or at Graduation Level (with additional bridge courses). Obtained at least 50% marks (45% marks in case of candidates belonging to reserved category) in the qualifying examination.
PGDCA (Bridge Course): 50% in B.Sc./B.Com./B.A. with Mathematics at 10+2 Level or at Graduation Level.
M.Sc. (Computer Science): 50% aggregate marks in B.Sc. (Pass/Honours) with Computer Science or B.A.(Pass/Honors) with Computer Applications or BCA or PGDCA.
M.Sc.(Mathematical Science) : (Pure Mathematics/Theoretical Computer Science/Operations Research Statistics) : 55% aggregate in B.Sc. (Pass/Honours) with Mathematics.
B.Tech. (CS-AI/CSE/IT): 60% aggregate in 10+2 with Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics(PCM).
B.Sc. (Mathematics) : 55% aggregate in SSSCE (10+2) with Mathematics.
B.Sc. (Mathematics) (Hons.) / Hons. with Research - 4 Years Degree Programme: 55% aggregate in SSSCE (10+2) with Mathematics.
BCA : 55% aggregate in SSSCE (10+2) .
BCA (Hons.) / Hons. with Research - 4 Years Degree Programme: : 55% aggregate in SSSCE (10+2) .
B.A. : SSCE (10+2) .

B.A. (Hons.) / Hons. with Research - 4 Years Degree Programme: : SSCE (10+2) .

Please note that there is negative marking.

In all matters rules and bye-laws of the University will be binding Admission to the courses run by Apaji Institute is based on the performance in the qualifying examination and the performance in the Aptitude Test. The weightage of the aggregate in qualifying exam marks and the marks of Aptitude test are equal.

Based on the performance on the aptitude test and the academic record of the qualifying examination the selected candidates will be offered admission and shall be called on a specific date to complete admission procedure. The candidate must report for admission on given date, failing which the admission will be cancelled.

The applicants for B.A./B.Sc./BCA and B.Tech. programmes ideally must provide their SSE results to this university on or before 31 May, 2023, failing which it will not be possible to consider them for preparation for merit. For the postgraduate programmes the applicants MUST attach complete marksheet (s) upto the II year or final year examination (if available) failing which their application will be summarily rejected.

Banasthali University reserves the right to cancel the admission of any student, if it is found that their original documents were manipulated. Even if it is discovered that the student has hidden certain facts which would have rendered her ineligible, or found to be ineligible as a result of revision of marks at a later stage here admission shall be cancelled and she shall be separated from the University.

For the purposes of preparation of merit for the various PG courses of the Apaji Institute qualifying examination marks shall be aggregate of marks of the first two years or, aggregate marks whichever is higher. The last date for submission of marksheet of qualifying examination and all other relevant documents are applicable such as Migration Certificate is 30 November, 2023.

Admission to M.Sc. (Mathematical Sciences) Programme with specialization in Pure Mathematics, Theoretical Computer Science, Operation Research & Statistics is based on merit. The institute reserves the right not to offer any particular course/ specialization in case the number of applicants are too few.

The Minimum Eligibility for appearing in the Aptitude Test for students passing the qualifying examination from Banasthali Vidyapith will be 50% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination

The Minimum Eligibility for appearing in the Aptitude test for SC/ST applicants for all these courses is 40% aggregate marks in the qualifying examination.

Information regarding Aptitude Test

The aptitude test for admission in B.Tech / B.Pharm. and MBA programme will be conducted through online mode. The candidate can appear in the Aptitude Test using mobile phone,
desktop/laptop with webcam and the headset/earphone from her home.

Note:

1. If the credit point is awarded under category No. 1 - 4, total credit points will not be greater the 5%. If addition the credit points are also awarded under category Nos. 5-6, total credit points not be greater than 7%.

2. Old students who have passed the last examination from Banasthali and have studied in the University for a period of 5 years or less will be awarded 5 credit points and for additional year 1% credit.

3. Maximum credit points that may be awarded under all categories is 7%.

FOREIGN/NRI/NRI Sponsored Applicant Fee Structure:

(i) B.Tech. Dollar $ 3,850 p.a.

(ii) M.Tech./MCA/BCA Dollar $ 3,200 p.a.

(iii) M.Sc., B.Sc. Dollar $ 2,500 p.a.

(iv) M.Phil.(Math.Sc.), B.A. Dollar $ 1,750 p.a.

Admission against FOREIGN/NRI/NRI sponsored seats is at the sole discretion of the Institute and the Institute may deny admission to an applicant without assigning any reason whatsoever.
