Important
Instructions:

Students
are requested to write their Details of Name/ Parents Name/ Address with
Contact No./ Smart Card ID No./ Enrollment No./ Month and Year of Examination etc. on every Application Form.

Applicants are requested to pay all sort of requisite fees & postage for above
mentioned categories to the Cash/Accounts section of the University personally or to
send by Demand Draft drawn on any Nationalized bank payable at JAIPUR
in favour of “Secretary, Banasthali Vidyapith.”
