About the conference
Banasthali University, a national
institution for women's education, is the only university of its kind
located amidst picturesque rural setting in Rajasthan, offering an
integrated comprehensive system of education extending from the primary to
the doctoral level through its fully residential campus. Of late, the Vidyapith has attained distinctions for its numerous quality initiatives in
various fields. Most notably, the Department of Science & Technology,
Government of India has identified it for setting up a state-of-the art
Center for Mathematical Sciences (CMS).
As the Vidyapith enters the 75th
year of its existence and completes 25th year as an institution
deemed to be university, it plans to celebrate establishment of the CMS at
its campus in the form of Jubilee Conference on Discrete Mathematics (JCDM)
as part of its jubilee celebrations. The conference is expected to attract
leading Discrete Mathematicians and Theoretical Computer Scientists from
across the world with a view to seek their active participation in the
activities of the CMS.
Academic Programme
The academic
programme of the conference will consist of plenary talks, invited talks and
paper presentations encompassing all areas of Discrete Mathematics and its
Applications. The main stress will be on the following topics:
- Graph Theory
|
- Communication Networks
|
- External Set Theory
|
- Domination Theory
|
- Ramsey Theory
|
- Combinatorial Optimization
|
- Lattices & Partial Orders

It is planned to
publish the proceedings so as to be ready at the time of the conference.
Paper Submission
Prospective
authors are invited to submit their original unpublished manuscripts
electronically to jcdm@banasthali.ac.in. Papers may also be submitted
